Module Descriptions

Module Description
Constituent Processing Establishes and maintains comprehensive information on the alumni and development population. The module contains key demographic, biographic, and giving data for every constituent in the system.
Organizational Processing Records and maintains records of organizations such as corporations and foundations. Organization Processing stores detailed organization matching gift information, unlimited organization contact persons, and organization specific facts such as the Standard Industry Classification code.
Membership Processing Maintains the information essential for institution membership programs. It includes dues entry, renewal and reminder letters, and membership history tracking.
Prospect Management Processing Provides support for prospect identification, stategy plans, pool segmentation, research, and tracking.
Designation Processing Controls the accounting of gifts and pledges designated for specific funds, development, etc. Designation Processing permits the Alumni/Development System to be interfaced with the BANNER2000 Finance System.
Solicitor Organization Processing Tracks the staff and volunteer organizations involved in the fundraising effort. Establishes solicitor organizations, assigns solicitors, and documents the effectiveness of the organization.
Campaign Processing Tracks, controls, and summarizes the success of fundraising activities.
Pledge Processing Establishes and maintains pledges for all constituents. Pledge Processing divides pledges among campaigns, designations, and constituents and creates reminders according to regular or customized payment plans.
Gift & Pledge Payment Processing Records and tracks various types of gifts, including one-time gifts, pledge payments, matching gifts, and gifts-in-kind. Gift & Pledge Payment Processing analyses solicitation methods, records matching gifts, and reviews cashing activity.
